On the lagoon drained land, houses will be built with 3D printers to form a new town.
The parking lot, which used to be a waterway, will be the base for the mobile library. This will be a new form of public service for residential areas that are far from public facilities such as libraries.
Affordable housing complexes will be built on the land reclaimed from the lake.
