By lighting up the masonry retaining walls along the street that was once a waterway, the memory of the former waterway will be preserved, and the dark night street will be brightened up to enhance crime prevention.
In order to increase sensitivity to extreme weather events, meteorological observation equipments will be installed in the spaces of farm roads that used to be waterways.
A local disaster prevention park will be built on land that was originally a river. The park will have charging facilities for electric vehicles, a stockpile of water, food and emergency supplies, kamado benches, and emergency toilets.
