A new town will be built on the land reclaimed from the lake, and a demonstration experiment of MaaS using automated driving and IoT (Internet of Things) technology will be conducted.


Since the brewery was built on the lagoon drained land, an event plaza for beer parties will be built next to the brewery.


On the land reclaimed from the lake, a satellite office will be built where people can work remotely while enjoying the greenery and nature of Lake Biwa.

Streets that were once waterways will be turned into gathering places for food stalls and kitchen cars.
