A gallery will be built on the reclaimed land of a part of the lagoon, which is known as a famous spot for sunsets, to exhibit photos of sunsets taken by local residents.
The reclaimed land, which was originally part of a lake, is now being used as a place for street dancing and band performances.
Most of the park will be restored to its original moat, and a stage will be set up there. Koto (Japanese harp) and other musical performances will be held there from season to season. The moat will be floated by houseboats.
